Property Management - Property Manager

We're looking for a confident, motivated and professional Property Manager to join our team in Richmond.
This role would suit a Property Manager looking for responsibility and opportunities for growth or an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing the day-to-day needs of rental providers and renters, while being supported by dedicated administration and leasing teams.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage their workload, make informed decisions and build strong relationships. You'll have the support you need to succeed, without being micromanaged.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers, renters and contractors

Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio

Conduct detailed entry, routine and exit inspections

Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades and service providers

Attend VCAT hearings when required

Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation and company procedures
You'll bring:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager

An Agent's Representative Certificate

A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Victorian tenancy legislation

Experience managing tenancy matters and navigating VCAT processes

Proven relationship-building skills and a professional approach to client service

The confidence to independently manage a portfolio once familiar with our systems and processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Ignite (desirable but not essential)
