The experience is quite pleasant. Admittedly, the apartment needed major cleaning beforehand as the grime from the previous tenant wasn't cleaned well, but after that initial hurdle, the apartment is great. Our property manager, Mr. Benson Zhou, has also assisted us greatly in any repairs that had to be done. Admittedly, I didn't want to disturb him due to it being my first time renting, but every request we had in the fixing of the apartment has been accommodated for within a week.

Our experience with Shane has been very positive!
We got to know him after he sold a neighbour’s unit after their original agent was unsuccessful, and less than proactive, to put it politely.
After he took over the campaign, their unit sold quickly. That’s how I was introduced to him.
From our first meeting Shane was enthusiastic, personable and extremely upbeat and knowledgeable.
Selling strata property is far harder and more complex than selling a SFH, and in a falling market due to sudden and unfavourable tax changes, his hard work with buyers got it across the line.
Would not hesitate to rehire him again.
