Ken was thoughtful and communicative through the whole process of the sale of my mother's house. She was in her mid 80's and quite nervous about the process. Ken was very respectful with mum and made her feel comfortable with the process. Sadly, mum died a week before the original auction date and Ken was very helpful in assisting through this sad time and the subsequent relaunch of the campaign. He also communicated the state of the market well and the level of interest. The outcome was in line with his original assessment.

Steve and Mack were friendly and very diplomatic. Jane had a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude from the word go. We wanted to list our home for sale within a week, and she presented us with a schedule to get this done. I am satisfied with this sale overall.
However, I have received quite strong feedback from people around me that a 3.5% commission is quite high in QLD — some even questioned whether it was reasonable.
I understand there may have been room for negotiation from the seller’s side, so I’m not entirely sure whether the commission was set with that in mind.
That said, I trust Mandeep, which is why I was happy to proceed, and I’m pleased with the final result. ^^
