Administration - Receptionist

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Parramatta office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative tasks. Working alongside the office coordinator, you will ensure seamless operations at front-of-house and create a welcoming environment that upholds our reputation for excellence. This full-time role offers long-term career stability with opportunities for professional development and career progression within our growing organisation.
Responsibilities include:
· Answer and direct all inbound calls professionally and promptly.
· Meet and greet clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
· Maintain a tidy and professional front-of-house area.
· Manage reception emails and respond to inquiries efficiently.
· Oversee the key register and ensure accurate record-keeping.
· Conduct general office stocktake and order stationery supplies as needed.
· Monitor and manage Google reviews, responding as appropriate.
· Assist in planning office events, such as the monthly breakfast.
· Assist with office social media scheduling to maintain online presence.
· Provide support to the Compliance Manager, Office Manager & Directors as required.
The successful candidate will have:
· High attention to detail and a professional approach to all tasks.
· Strong ability to prioritise workload and show initiative.
· A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive can-do attitude.
· A Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one.
