Adia Sutherland

With five years of real estate experience, Adia Sutherland has built a reputation as one of the dependable driving forces behind Team Miles Walton at Acton | Belle Property Mandurah.

Working closely alongside Miles and the wider team, Adia has played an instrumental role in achieving some of the industry’s highest levels of recognition, including REIWA Top 1% Salesperson and Grand Master status, as well as the title of No.1 Principal Team in Western Australia for Belle Property.

Adia began her real estate career in reception and quickly progressed into the role of Operations Manager to Miles Walton. Her ability to take ownership, solve problems and keep every detail moving has made her an integral part of the team, with Miles often referring to her simply as “the boss”.

Over the years, Adia has become the person colleagues rely on when they need an answer, guidance or a clear way forward. Her depth of operational knowledge has seen her play a significant role in training and supporting new administration staff, helping them understand the systems, standards and level of service expected at Acton | Belle Property Mandurah.

As a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative, Adia combines her extensive operational knowledge with a hands-on role across buyer enquiries, property inspections, marketing, campaign management, contract preparation and the entire sale-to-settlement process. Her experience behind the scenes gives her a thorough understanding of every stage of a property transaction and allows her to provide clients with clear, informed and dependable support.

Highly organised and proactive, Adia is known for her attention to detail, strong communication and refreshingly direct approach. Clients appreciate her honesty, efficiency and ability to make even complex situations feel straightforward.

Before entering real estate, Adia joined the police force straight from school and completed a cadetship, an experience that helped shape her discipline, resilience and confidence when working with people from all walks of life.

A Mandurah local for 19 years, Adia comes from a Wheatbelt farming and transport family and values hard work, loyalty and teamwork. Outside of real estate, she enjoys the gym, camping, travelling and spending time outdoors.

What began as an opportunity to utilise her people skills has developed into a genuine passion for property and an unwavering commitment to supporting Team Miles and delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
