Matt understands first-hand that buying or selling property can be both exciting and challenging. Having worked as a sales agent in Queensland and the ACT, and bought and sold numerous properties himself across the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra markets over the past two-and-a-half decades, he brings both professional expertise and personal experience to every transaction.
His focus is on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved. Through strategic planning, meticulous organisation and attention to detail, clear communication, sound judgement and strong negotiation skills, Matt ensures his clients feel informed and supported from start to finish – always with his warm and cheerful manner.

A fully licensed real estate agent, Matt grew up in Sydney’s eastern suburbs with parents involved in real estate, giving him a lifelong connection to property. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience across real estate sales, consulting and urban planning in both the private and government sectors, including with the City of Gold Coast. This background gives Matt valuable insight into the Gold Coast City Plan and an understanding of the potential and development opportunities a property may hold.

Matt’s diverse professional background also includes several years as a broadcast journalist, further strengthening his communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He is also a qualified garden designer and has designed and project-managed a number of residential landscape projects.
Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys keeping fit, reading, working in his garden and spending time on the Gold Coast’s beautiful beaches.
